The breakfasts with great coffe. Cheap restaurant, new-fashioned and neat room with sofa, a king bedroom, as for instance. Set in a magnificent and wonderful location close to a train station. Appreciated beautiful area.

my recent stay in rome was a delight thanks to place in rome guest house. the location was excellent, close to the train station and villa borghese park. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. overall, a great experience.

Staff were fantastic. Location fantastic.
Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. No electrical sockets in room that worked so we were unable to charge our phones/cameras/laptops. Also the heating system was not working.
